
About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building cool things in Salesforce (think: flows, dashboards, Lightning pages, dabbling in some Apex code where it makes sense).
- Solving puzzles! From tricky error messages to “why isn’t this report showing what I want?”
- Making systems work better, faster, and smoother for real users.
- Starting behind the scenes, working directly with clients as your knowledge and involvement grows.
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have Salesforce Admin experience (any level is welcome).
- Love problem solving + making systems more efficient.
- Bonus: have ERP, supply chain, warehouse, or finance experience.
- Extra bonus: know Rootstock ERP.
- Mega bonus: have Rootstock admin experience (seriously, let’s talk!).

- 100% remote (Alberta residency preferred).
- Flexible hours - set your schedule around when you work best, while maintaining reasonable availability during standard business hours (Mon to Fri, 8am - 5pm MT) for client support and collaboration. For example, if you have a class or appointment or a lunch date at 11am, you don't need to ask for permission, just make sure your calendar accurately reflects your availability.
- ~$25-$30/hour starting rate (based on experience).

Performance Incentive Bonus
We offer a monthly performance bonus tied to billable work:
$200 bonus pool for every 80 approved client billable hours
Distributed across eligible employees based on contribution
Example:
If total billed hours = 160 → $400 bonus pool
If you contributed 48 hours (30%), you receive $120
More Details:
- Fully remote position; Alberta-based candidates preferred.
- Subcontractor arrangements will be considered.
- No benefits are currently offered, once we grow enough (~10-24 months away) we will introduce a benefits package and you will have a direct say in what type of package we go with
- You will need your own computer & internet access.

Requirements
Salesforce Administrator experience (Admin certification preferred, but not required).
Experience with system customization and automation tools within Salesforce.
ERP, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or financials knowledge strongly preferred.
Rootstock ERP experience (user or admin) is considered a significant asset.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and analytical problem-solving ability.
Must be able to work independently
